This was it. Things might be finally looking up. Pacing along the hallway did nothing to calm her nerves, but it did help her gather her thoughts. It was time. Years and years of research were finally going to pay off. Every step they took was putting them closer and closer to finding a way to end this battle. Blue hair shifting about her ankles the female kept up her pacing. The darkness in the hallway seemed to quiver slightly at her presence but she ignored it. This was no different than any other time she'd addressed the Resistance, but this felt different. Was it because she was actually letting them see her? Was it because she was unsure if they would actually show? Thoughts bubbled and clouded her mind. She was so lost in them she didn't hear the approaching footsteps. A hand rested on her shoulder and the messenger was greeted with several points of darkness aimed at him. Face pale and hands shaking, he extended a folder to the demoness. With a sigh she took it and let the darkness fall back along the walls. The messenger turned and hurried away from her before something else happened. Darkness moved and shifted wrapping around the female's legs and arms before soaking into her and disappearing. The hallway almost seemed a little bit lighter now. Flicking open the file, electric blue eyes scanned it's pages. A smile spread over the female's face. "Bingo."
Slamming the folder shut, the female turned towards a set of double doors and breezed through them. Her hair flowing behind her like a blue shadow. The room she entered was an enormous one. It was almost like a theater from where she stood. A small raised stage with a podium stood alone in the center of the half ring. Rows upon rows of setting reached up towards the ceiling. Every seat was filled with Resistance members who let out a roar of applause as she walked up to the stage. As she approached the podium screen flickered to life on the wall behind her. This may be in Japan but this was being broadcast to every Resistance Faction across the globe. It was an encrypted signal preventing the Iustus from hacking into it. Every Resistance member across the globe was seeing this event. The noise died down and the female closed her eyes for a brief moment. When they opened again, they were practically glowing. "Many of you know who I am. Many of you do not. My name is Victoria." The female's voice carried throughout the room. The microphone on the podium was of little help. He voice just carried naturally. Murmuring rose up throughout the members. Almost all of them have heard of their Leader Victoria, but many of them haven't seen what she looks like. "I stand before you now with wonderful news. Our enemy is currently leaderless. Yes they are leaderless." The female continued and the crowd erupted into cheers and noise.
"It seems they are in the process of picking their next leader and it is taking them sometime. Their ranks are growing restless and order is crumbling. We will use this time to attack. I want all Strike forces to take out any and all Iustus groups you come across. Take them out and leave no one behind." Even more noise rose up from the crowd as they heard the new. The energy in the room seemed to sky rocket and it hit her almost like a wave. "That is not the only reason I have you all gathered here. After many years of research, I have translated a few pages of the Headmaster's journal." The screens flashed for a brief moment and images of the journal appeared behind Victoria. The tattered stained pages of the journal were a stark contrast against the Headmaster's neat hand writing. The female remained silent for a few moments letting everyone read and take in the information.
